This Week in Sutherland  This week we have news from across the county, funding opportunities for communities, online training and consultations.  You can find more details about these events at the bottom of the blog and online at Sutherland ACC | Aspiring C&S (aspiringcaithnessandsutherland.com) Like us on Facebook - @SutherlandCommunityPartnership See our website: www.highlandcpp.org.uk/sutherland-community-partnership.html E-mail us: sutherlandcommunitypartnership@gmail.com -O- News and Updates Pentland Floating Offshore Windfarm The Pentland Floating Offshore Wind Farm has submitted a Planning Permission in Principle application to The Highland Council.  This application covers the onshore infrastructure elements of the project and includes the onshore application boundary, an Environmental Impact Assessment and visualisations of indicative substation locations.  The application documents are now available on the Pentland Floating Offshore Wind Farm’s website Document Library (https://pentlandfloatingwind.com/document-library/) and from The Highland Council’s planning application portal (http://wam.highland.gov.uk/wam/).  The application number is 22/04722/PIP. A hard copy of the application is also available to view at Reay Village Hall.   Carer's Rights Day is the 24th November 2022.
