Befriending Week


1st to 7th November is befriending week when we celebrate and raise awareness of befrienders. Befrienders volunteer some of their time to phone a person who might be feeling isolated or lonely.

The Flow Country



After celebrating 10 years of the Flow Country Reseach Hub last week, the Flow Country was making headlines this week with their UNESCO World Heritage Bid at Westminster.

 Funding Opportunities





North Highlands and Islands Climate Hub are hosting an event on Thursday 10th November to discuss what is available from their Communities Action Fund and how to access it.  Book your place on Eventbrite now.


The Access All Arts Fund delivers grants of up to £1000 to young people (aged 11-25) who have faced barriers accessing arts experiences, including poverty, disability and transport. 
The closing date for applications is 14th November.
